Subject: Requisition for fundraising to kidney transplant

Dear, all, I am Rizni, named Adam Bawa Hilur Rizni, 36 years old and holding a National Identity Card number 871321035V. I am married and have a loving daughter, and wife too. I was working as a self-employed employee during my good health. I have been a diabetic patient for more than a decade and recently I have been affected by severe renal failure. For your reference, I have enclosed medical reports, medical practitioners’ prescriptions, and corroborations from relevant consultants herewith.

I am being involved in hemodialysis therapy every week, and suffering too much. The consultant advised me to go for a kidney transplant as soon as possible. My economic status is at a low level and I cannot work now as before. There are lots of expenditures for the surgery and other medical needs. It is impossible to make the surgery successful without a huge amount of money. In brief, some estimates indicate that I have to spend around 9 million rupees. Owing poorly, I cannot make the process so far, and I am coming to your place for the collection of your contributions. You may deposit it to my bank account and the bank’s details are below.
